Olive Rose – Terms and Conditions
- Booking and Deposit
To secure your wedding styling service with Olive Rose, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your booking and secures the date. The deposit will be based off your total spend. - Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the service.
- Cancellation and Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If you cancel your booking, any payments made beyond the deposit will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Olive Rose. If you need to move your wedding date your deposit can be transferred to the new date.
- Changes to Booking
Any changes to the booking must be made in writing and may be subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for changes made less than 4 weeks before the event.
- Service Limitations
Olive Rose will provide styling services as agreed in the contract. We are not responsible for external factors beyond our control (e.g., venue restrictions, weather conditions if applicable).
- Liability
Olive Rose will take reasonable care during the styling process but is not liable for any damage to venue or personal property unless caused by negligence.
- Acceptance
By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
