How It Works
1. Tell me what you love
Big florals, candles everywhere, gorgeous table settings, a dreamy ceremony backdrop and your budget, of course. This is your starting point. There’s a minimum spend of £500, with most couples investing £1000–£1,500 with Olive Rose.
2. I put together a plan
I’ll turn your ideas and priorities into a styling plan that reflects you. Every detail flows together and makes an impact without wasting your budget.
3. We tweak it together
We review the plan, make adjustments, and decide where to splurge or simplify.
4. You get a quote & secure your date
If you’re happy with the plan, I’ll put together your quote. To proceed, pay your deposit, sign your agreement, and we’re good to go!
5. I make it happen
On the big day, I’ll bring everything together and style your venue so it feels beautiful, personal and completely you. We’ll be there for the set up, stay through your ceremony and move your décor into your wedding breakfast space, before returning later to carefully pack everything away.
6. You enjoy your day
Sit back, soak it all in and enjoy your wedding, knowing the styling is taken care of.
I love bringing all the little details together and seeing how they transform a space. I don’t work from fixed packages because every couple, venue and wedding is different. We’ll work together to create something that feels right for you and your budget, choosing the things that will make the biggest difference.
And we don’t just drop everything off and leave. We’re there to see it all through with you. We set everything up, make sure every detail is where it should be, and stay through the important parts of your day.
When your ceremony is over, we’ll move your décor into your wedding breakfast and restyle it for you. That means you can use the same pieces in more than one part of your day without having to pay for two separate sets of styling.
And honestly, one of my favourite parts is getting to see it all come together. Doing that little first look with our couples, seeing their faces when they see the room for the first time, and being there to watch them get married.
